FDFA deplores the assassination of Shahbaz Bhatti

The FDFA received the news about the assassination of the Pakistani Minorities Minister, Shahbaz Bhatti, with the utmost consternation. Mr Bhatti was shot this morning in Islamabad.  

The FDFA wishes to express its most sincere condolences to the government of Pakistan and the relatives of Mr Bhatti.  

The FDFA condemns this act of brutal violence in the strongest of terms, and is calling on the Pakistani authorities to investigate this crime and bring those responsible to justice.
