Submitting an e-bill

As of 4 July 2012, invoicing the FDFA can be done online in the form of an e-bill. The e-bill is then processed electronically. It replaces the paper invoice and still meets all legal requirements concerning minimum content and archiving standards.

Paying an e-bill

When paying an e-bill there is no need to enter account information, the amount or a reference number. The bills are checked and paid directly online.

Private customers receive, check and pay e-bills directly via online banking services. Business customers may also register e-bills directly in their accounting system.
