New Year’s reception for the diplomatic corps

President Micheline Calmy-Rey today, 12 January 2011, greeted representatives of the diplomatic corps in Switzerland at the traditional New Year’s reception at the Federal Palace.

The greetings of the foreign heads of mission were conveyed by the doyen of the diplomatic corps, Monsignor Francesco Canalini, Papal Nuncio in Switzerland. Diplomats from 120 states were in attendance.
