"Linking Emigrant Communities for More Development: South-South and North-South Exchange” aims at linking diasporas with the gov-ernments of the countries of origin and at developing the capacities of both in order to harness funding and skills potential of diasporas for the development of the countries of origin (Algeria, Cape Verde, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Lebanon, Mali, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Syria and Tunesia).
