"The training programme I attended at ELAN was a great step forward for me. I made progress in the technical aspects of my job, and also with regard to my personality, my attitude and my behaviour at work. I learned how to grow and work as part of a group. I only understood later, but all of that is highly valued by employers who are looking to recruit people who are professional from every point of view.

At the start of my experience at ELAN, I remember wondering why we were being asked to work on all these little details. But in the end, we took it all in. And it works! For example, when I joined ELAN, I felt so bad about being out of work that my appearance was rather untidy. I'd lost the habit of being careful about my image, wearing suits...I was badly shaven and had long hair. I wore jeans and trainers. Something clicked in the interview I had with the heads of the "training firm". Little by little I started paying more attention to what I was wearing, to shave properly and cut my hair. I sorted out my outward appearance, but I sorted myself out on the inside too. I changed enormously.

Today I have a better picture of my career and I feel capable of finding solutions to all sorts of problems. In the end I was recruited by a multinational in Tunisia. I'm convinced my experience in the "training firm" played a big part. I couldn't ask for more. In four months, I have already been promoted several times and I'm about to be given a permanent post."
