The 2-day event will gather a panel of smart city experts from around the world to share with us on the global megatrend of smart city development and the latest innovations in creating a smart living environment.

Highlights of the Main Conference include:

• Sharing of insights and experience in smart city initiatives from UK and Swedish experts;
• A discussion panel joined by various government representatives on “Smart Government Smart Hong Kong”. Ir Allen Yeung, Government Chief Information Officer, will chair the panel and panel members include officials from EMSD, Planning, Housing, Environment Protection, Transport and Water Supplies will discuss on what has been done and what will be done by the government in its smart city plan;
• A high-level discussion on the business opportunities generated as a result of large-scale major smart city projects such as Three-Runway System and Kowloon East which will be chaired by Ms Christine Loh, Under Secretary for Environment
