Today the Ambassador of Switzerland to Kosovo Thomas Kolly met with the Minister of Justice Albulena Haxhiu. They had a substantial exchange of the Ministry’s plans to enhance the fight against organized crime and corruption. Ambassador Kolly reiterated Switzerland’s commitment to remain a strategic partner of the new Government in his area, starting with the finalization of the anticorruption legal framework and new strategy. Ambassador Kolly also welcomed her intention to develop a comprehensive and inclusive national Strategy on Transitional Justice which takes due account of the right to truth, the right to justice, the right to reparations and the guarantees of non-recurrence.
