Swiss artist Beat Baumann returns to Pier-2 Art Center in Kaohsiung to transform a five-story façade into a mural of vibrant colors. This is his first public art project titled “Taiwan’s City of Art”, an artistic proclamation about his deep connection with the City’s vitality and evolution. During the Lunar New Year, hundreds of people visited and helped him comlete the work by painting the building plaza.
