The Embassy of Switzerland in Poland and the Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce have the pleasure to invite you to the Polish Swiss Forum for Health Dialogue, the seventh edition of the well-established health policy forum for Polish, Swiss and international health experts, scientists, policy makers and government representatives. The event will be held under the patronage of the Ministry of Health.

This year's leading theme of the Polish Swiss Forum for Health Dialogue will be: Patient-oriented and coordinated healthcare. The keynote speech will be delivered by Minister of Health Konstanty Radziwiłł.

The Polish Swiss Forum for Health Dialogue will take place on 26th May 2017 at Centrum Prasowe Foksal, Dom Dziennikarza (sala A / room A) between 9.15-14.00. The event will take place in English/Polish languages.
