The place of Milan, together with that of Paris, is the oldest permanent site in Switzerland, opened after the creation of the Helvetic Republic in 1798.

Warning of false job advertisements
We hereby inform you about attempts of fraud in connection with non-existent job advertisements in Switzerland. These are apparently serious job advertisements, which mostly concern jobs in very well-known luxury hotels based in Switzerland.
The following e-mail address is often given as a reference: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Interviews are not arranged, but a copy of an identity card is requested first, followed by the inevitable payment of an initial sum, which is then followed by a further request for the transfer of a more substantial sum. It is also noticeable that the notifications are often formulated in flawed Italian.
