Should you wish to make use of this option, please enter your passport and/or identity card application on the website www.swisspassport.ch. Under remarks, please add: Biometric data registration at (place) and possibly indicate your preference for an appointment date/time (without guarantee).

To confirm the final dates, the regional consular centre will contact you one to two weeks before the visit.

This invitation is addressed to holders of travel documents that will lose their validity within the next 12 months. The possibility of carrying out this visit depends on the epidemiological situation in Austria and the countries concerned.
