The Swiss Government promotes intellectual exchange and research cooperation between Switzerland and over 180 other countries, including Vietnam. Each year, the Swiss Federal Commission for Scholarships for Foreign Students awards a selected number of Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships to highly qualified and ambitious postgraduate researchers of any academic discipline, including young medical doctors.
