The MAPS funding instrument was developed within the Research Programme associated with the second Swiss Contribution, which continues to strengthen political, economic and cultural ties between Switzerland and EU Member States.
Project proposals involve a partnership consisting of an institution from Romania, together with an institution from Switzerland and at least one of the eligible host institutions from the other countries involved in the programme (Bulgaria, Croatia, Poland and Hungary).
