Dialogue on gastronomy strengthens Switzerland-Japan friendship

A culinary evening with legendary Swiss-born Chef Anton Mosimann, OBE was held at the Swiss Ambassador’s residence.

In addition to the Swiss gastronomy month held in March at the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo, Swiss Gastronomy was again celebrated at the Residence of Ambassador Paroz with the special participation of Swiss-born Chef Anton Mosimann, OBE, in the presence of select guests from the Swiss Education Group (SEG) and SKAL International Tokyo.

Known throughout the culinary world for his creation of Cuisine Naturelle, Chef Anton Mosimann has cooked for four generations of the British Royal Family and British Prime Ministers from Margaret Thatcher to David Cameron. Mr. Mosimann is best known as the man who prepared the 2011 wedding banquet for Prince William and Kate Middleton and more recently Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
