Personal Butler to the Ambassador / Residence & event manager
Job Description:
- Personal Butler to the Ambassador of Switzerland in Bangkok
- Attending to the Ambassador and his guests at events (lunches, dinners, receptions) at the Residence of the Swiss Embassy
- Greeting, receiving and attending guests from arrival to farewell
- Preparing and managing events at the Residence including cost control (simple accounting), setting tables, serving
- Coordination with different partners involved in the events
- Management and control of stocks, such as wines
- Coordinate and support the staff at the Residence, such as Chef/cook and cleaner
- Act as translator/facilitator at the Residence
Requirements:
- Excellent Thai and English language skill
- Work experience in either top quality hospitality, or catering/event planning sector, or as a domestic butler
- Experience in high level of customer servic
- Knowledge of wines, international gastronomy, etiquette and food protocols is an advantage
