The Ambassador of Switzerland to Kosovo Mr. Thomas Kolly together with the Minister of Internal Affairs Mr. Xhelal Sveçla officially handed over 30 biometric fingerprint scanners and 26 tablets to Kosovo Police authorities. The biometric equipment will serve to enhance monitoring of irregular migration along Kosovo borders, and therefore strengthen border management and security.
