Activities |
A training needs assessment will reveal the number of pos-sible participants per hospital (medical doctors and nurses), training capacity of regional training centers (facilities, trainers, existent and needed training equipment). Training centres will procure necessary training equipment to complement the regional training centers (12-15) where appropriate. Clinical Practice Guidelines will be updated and where necessary, developed corresponding to EU standards. Development of training curricula will follow, structured in training modules according to the selected training subjects; a trainer and trainee kit will be developed; a translation of the latest edition of the Tintinalli manual will be attempted. Train of Trainers & step down training will be implemented. Out-come oriented project progress monitoring will be done through an M&E system following the defined indicators. |
