Victims of Trafficking

The first project component focuses on providing direct assistance services to victims of trafficking in their rehabilitation process. Assistance to gain appropriate life skills are obtained through improvement of their psychological and physical health, acquired job skills and improved life skills. The second project component works towards a long-term strategy to develop the financial and institutional sustainability of the Centre. Contribution towards a sustainable financing of the Centre will be obtained through development of an improved marketing strategy for the products of the tailoring workshop to increase the number of clients and improve sales.The third project component aims at increasing the Executing Agency’s operational sustainability by creating awareness networks and disseminating materials to authorities, the public and NGOs about the Centre throughout Romania. Furthermore, knowledge exchange with NGOs in other Schengen States (including Switzerland) is envisaged.

Erreichte Resultate:  

• Reintegration and support of 12 vitims of THB.
• Support of victims of THB by funding the daily operations of Reaching Out Romania (ROR).
• Shelters and project management.
