Didier Burkhalter, President of the Swiss Confederation and Chairperson-in-Office of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), welcomes the decision taken by the Permanent Council of the OSCE to second an observer mission to Ukraine. The mission’s aim is to contribute to reducing tensions and fostering peace, stability and security.
