Update of Annex to the Ordinance on Measures Against Certain Individuals from Tunisia

The Federal Council adopted the Ordinance on Measures Against Certain Individuals from Tunisia on 19 January 2011. The Annex to this Ordinance lists those persons who are affected by the measures. The FDFA has the authority to amend this Annex. 

The FDFA updated the list of individuals after clear proof emerged that amendments were necessary. The Department will not be communicating any further details on the reasons for these changes.  

The changes enter into effect on 28 January 2011.
