The Swiss BET Program is a top-notch 18-month executive education program designed for senior executives in Vietnamese commercial banks. Organized in 12 thematic modules, it covers state-of-the-art training on key topics related to bank management, banking strategy and operational concepts as well as regulatory matters. It provides a comprehensive overview of international practices relevant for bankers in an emerging market setting.
The training will be delivered by the Swiss Finance Institute (SFI). The SFI, headquartered in Zurich, is a private foundation established by Switzerland's banking industry, the Swiss Confederation, and leading Swiss universities. It is a center of excellence in research, training and knowledge exchange in banking and finance.

There will be two parallel cohorts which are simultaneously run, one in the North and another one in the South of Vietnam. 70-80 participants (35-40 participants each for the Northern course and for the Southern course) will be selected for the program. The 15-20 top-performing program graduates will be invited to Switzerland for an additional Swiss module.
This executive training program is the third such program run in Vietnam. Many of the graduates have made a successful career up to the top management of major banks.
The program is part of the economic development cooperation of Switzerland for Vietnam, which is implemented under the responsibility of the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).
