As part of its Asia-Australia tour, the Zurich Chamber Orchestra will stop in Taipei this September. Founded in 1945 by Edmond de Stoutz, the Zurich Chamber Orchestra is now one of the leading ensembles of its kind. Its repertoire is broadly based, extending from the Baroque through the Classical and Romantic eras to the present day. The orchestra is furthermore notable for its work with musicians from other fields such as jazz, folk music and popular entertainment. In Taipei, the Zurich Chamber Orchestra will play both Vivaldi’s and Richter’s recomposed "Four Seasons" at the National Concert Hall. The concert will take place on the 18th of September and will start at 19:30.
