The Embassy’s objective is to foster the bilateral relations between Switzerland and Singapore on all levels, with a focus on political, financial and economic topics as well as science, culture and the promotion of trade and tourism.

The announced position is of temporary nature from Jan/Feb 2022 until end of May 2022.

Your tasks:

Liaising with stakeholders of the Swiss Weeks 2022
Creating and copyediting promotional content and press releases for the Swiss Weeks 2022
Creating a social media campaign
Creating managed timelines and coordinating events in close communication with partners
Managing on-site logistics and operations, including pre-event registration
Compilation of media clips and post-event evaluation
