With the aim to improve the position of youth on the Serbian labor market through modernization of youth employment policies and the development of young skilled labor demanded by the private sector, E2E is implemented in the districts of Šumadija, Raška, Rasina, Zaječar and Pirot.

Employers interested in organizing work-based-learning can submit their applications to E2E local partners in these five districts. The Call shall be open for applications until 31th March 2019. The applications are to be evaluated monthly until funds are exhausted.

The guidelines for applicants and application forms are available for download on the E2E website.

The objective of the E2E programme is to increase the youth employability and thus indirectly help faster, sustainable and inclusive economic development of Serbia. The idea of E2E is to encourage, support and offer a model of lasting cooperation between local governments, schools, civil society organizations and businesses in order to provide young people with the opportunity to learn the working skills required in the labor market and thus make them the way to employment easier.

This is the second Call announced within the E2E programme. Contribution of the Swiss government's to this programme is worth EUR 7 millions.
