For the third year in a row, the Swiss National Day was officially celebrated in Myanmar. Hosted, by the Chargés d'affaires a.i of the Embassy, H.E Mr. Peter Tschumi along with the guest of honor of the Union Government of Myanmar, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, H.E U Thant Kyaw, the Reception was attended by a total of about 400 guests from the Swiss community in Myanmar, Embassies, UNs, NGOs, political parties, private sector and media, and all of them had a special thought for the victims of the flooding.
