Today the Ambassador of Switzerland to Kosovo Thomas Kolly had an insightful meeting with the First Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi. They both agreed on the importance of giving priority to the provision of basic services to all citizens of Kosovo. Ambassador Kolly praised DPM Bislmi for his commitment to take greater ownership of reforms and to lead donor coordination effectively.
