430'000 people had to leave their homes due to the ongoing armed conflict in Anbar province. Many fled to Kirkuk and Salah al-Din governorates. 50% among the displaced are children. Mostly sheltered under precarious conditions in public buildings, mosques and schools, they are in urgent need of emergency assistance and a protective environment where they feel safe and can enjoy non-formal education since they also dropped out of school.

Displaced girls, boys and their families affected by the armed conflict in Anbar live in dignity and have access to food, basic items, child protection and education interventions.
