In order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and due to the spike of coronavirus cases in Iraq, the Federal Minister of Health announced on 6 June 2020 that the full lockdown is extended until 13 June 2020, then replacing it with a partial curfew on 14 June 2020 from 6 p.m. to 5 a.m. The decision also prevents the movement between the provinces, except for the health, security and public service personnel.
