Ambassador Stalder recalled that both Ghana and Switzerland have been engaging in a robust implementation of the Paris Agreement. He expressed Switzerland's appreciation for the alliance between the two countries in the international climate change negotiation under the United Nations and in other fora.
He congratulated Ghana on launching the update of its NDCs especially in the midst of the pandemic. "This shows Ghana as an advance country on the African continent in this regard", he said.
