In his opening statements, Ambassador Stalder noted that the MPOC was one of the pillar courses organized by Switzerland since many years, for Ghanaian an international participants. He remarked that this year's course was a special one, given that it is the first to be organized under COVID-19 circumstances, and also having the most Ghanaian participation.
