A selection of distinctive Bachelor, Master and research projects from the seven subject areas of the Department of Design at Zurich University of the Arts will be on showcase to demonstrate the school’s notion of design, how design is understood and taught today, and how design can contribute to social and technological innovations. The projects investigate how digitization and a conscious approach to it have taken over the discipline, and how designers deal with it in a strategic as well as critical way to impart knowledge. The exhibition will celebrate the creative and academic exchanges between HKDI & IVE(LWL) and Zurich University of the Arts.
