A project by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), implemented by the Council of Europe in Albania, is educating high school students and first-time voters about the process and importance of elections. A mock election procedure will take place where 3 students will be campaigning and the rest will cast a vote to choose the final winner.
